I bought a 2011 Sea Fox 220XT with a Suzuki 175 outboard. I had it equipped with a Lowrance HDS 10 depth finder and a Minn Kota 80 lb trolling motor with GPS. After a few problems that were immediately taken care of, the boat has performed flawlessly and is a great fishing platform. Kudos to David, Mike jr. and Mike for a job well done
David Prince was simply THE best professional sales person I have ever dealt with. (and I hesitate to use the term “sales”…he was more of a consultant) He was incredibly patient with me while dealing with my daily questions as I learned about the Carolina Skiff boat line. I live in Cincinnati and gladly drove to Atlanta not only to receive the best overall value from the Grass Shack, but also because of David’s knowledge and commitment to me as a new boat owner. As a former Corps of Engineers employee I have dealt with many boat dealers around Lake Lanier. When it came time to buy my own boat I knew exactly who to see. Dave and his friendly staff really made my purchase easy. They were there to answer all my boating questions and more. These guys really have the tools to keep repeat customers in which I plan to be, when my wife lets me buy a bigger boat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I stopped by at 5pm and met Dave. It was raining out. He too the time to speak with me even thou it was closing time. Helped me answer questions that others could not. The man knows boats. I have found the dealer I will use to buy my boat. Now it’s which one ?? I would by pass all others and head to see David. It’s like having a friend with you. Non pushy. He really does want you to be happy and get what’s right for you. Don’t ever change.
