Over the past year since I have owned my Key West 239, the team at Grass Shack has been awesome! They took any issue I had with my boat after purchase and made sure it was corrected and in a timely manner. Their attitude towards me, as a customer, has been the same and consistent throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in they were courteous and knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. There was ZERO pressure to purchase from them. Every time I walked in and wanted to discuss certain aspects of the boat or purchasing process they would take their time with me and explain everything. Never once did I hear “lets go fill out some paperwork”. We didn’t put pen to paper until I was ready. Their same respectful and courteous attitude has been consistent through warranty work and engine service as well. I can\’t recommend the team at Grass Shack enough!
