Customer service is second to none ! Had a great experience Saturday with Grass shack marine. No high pressure , we were on the phone for at least a week back and forth working on finance. Very patient and easy to work with. Showed up Saturday boat was out front and ready to go. Took it out on the lake and explained everything to me, and answered all my questions. We noticed one of the bimini rails was bent and they swapped it out with no problem. Easy smooth transaction ., I kept waiting for something to go wrong and dreading pushy salesman . Family owned and operated no hassle one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. I will highly recommend to anyone looking for a boat to check out Grass shack Marine..
